In a bid to engage the students in the state during this lockdown, the Osun State Government has announced the School-on-air initiative designed for primary and secondary school students in the State.

While disclosing this on Monday 13 April, 2020, Special Adviser to the Governor on Education, Mr. Jamiu Olawumi, stated that the school-on-air education programme was aimed at complementing teaching and learning in the state.

Jamiu added that the school-on-air would run between Monday and Friday on OSBC radio 104.5fm and Yoruba class on Orisun 89.5fm and television. He stressed that the students can visit www.osun.csm.ng

“It is important to stress that students shall have opportunities to visit the website to further attend the various classes for the session on radio and television. They can do and submit assignments and also obtain the mark scored instantly,” he said.

“Parents and guardians are encouraged to allow their wards access to their mobile phones in logging into their individual school websites already captured into the cloud system www.osun.csm.ng,” concluded.
