IHE Delft is offering four partial scholarships for Latin American students to pursue a Master’s degree in Sanitary Engineering and Sanitation.
The scholarships cover the full tuition fee (approximately 50% of the total cost) for the 12-month MSc program on Water and Sustainable Development, with a focus on the Water and Health track.
Eligibility:
To be eligible, applicants must meet the standard admission requirements and have a university degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, Sanitary or Sanitation Engineering, or a comparable degree. They must also have an affinity for mathematical modeling and programming, be a citizen of or originally from a country in Latin America or the Caribbean, and be currently residing and employed in the region.
Application process:
Applicants must first apply for academic admission to the MSc program, indicating their preference for the Water and Health track. Once they receive their academic admission letter, they can email Marlies Baburek, Fellowship and Admission Officer, to be considered for the scholarship. Selection procedure:
Short-listed applicants will be invited for an online interview, and selected applicants will receive a partial scholarship. To be fully admitted to the program, selected applicants must secure the remaining costs from their own sources or third parties. They will be assigned a coach and an MSc research supervision committee to carry out their research project.
