Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, has made significant appointments aimed at bolstering the educational sector within the state.
In an official statement released on Tuesday, the Chief Press Secretary to Governor Sanwo-Olu, Gboyega Akosile, unveiled the newly appointed officials who will assume crucial roles in the Lagos State Universal Basic Education Board (LASUBEB).Hakeem Babatunde Shittu, an accomplished individual with a notable track record, has been chosen by Governor Sanwo-Olu to lead LASUBEB as its chairman.
This strategic decision underscores the administration’s commitment to fostering a dynamic and progressive educational framework in Lagos State.In a move to solidify the board’s efficacy and operational capacity, the governor has named Babatunde Jimoh Adewale as a new member of LASUBEB.This appointment culminates in a seven-member composition, reflective of the administration’s dedication to promoting comprehensive and inclusive educational policies.
The newly constituted LASUBEB membership comprises individuals of exceptional merit and expertise.Saheed Oladapo Ibikunle, Adebayo Adefuye, Serifat Abiodun Adedoyin, Sijuade Amudalat Idowu-Tiamiyu, Owolabi Jamiu Falana, and Babatunde Jimoh Adewale complete the impressive lineup.
