School Feeding: FG targets 100,000 displaced children

The Senior Special Assistant to the President on School Feeding, Yetunde Adeniji, has disclosed that the federal government plans to feed 100,000 displaced children in the north.

The presidential aide said the FG plans to start with 5,000 of the displaced kids for the first phase of the feeding initiative with the hope of increasing the number to 100,000 subsequently.

Yetunde Adeniji PhD, the Senior Special Assistant to the president on school feeding, has commendably revealed the federal government’s ambitious goal of providing nourishment to 100,000 displaced children in the North.

She highlights the initial phase targeting 5,000 children, with an intention to scale up to reach 100,000 in subsequent phases.

This initiative underscores her dedication to addressing the nutritional needs of vulnerable children in our society in line with the #RenewedHopeAgenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
