Cowbellpedia Secondary School Mathematics competition at 20

The press conference for the Cowbellpedia secondary school mathematics competition for 2018 held Tuesday, 16th January 2018 at Lagos.

This year’s competition will mark 20 years of relationship between the Cowbell milk brand and the subject Mathematics in Nigeria which dates back to 1998.

To celebrate the milestone achievement, the Managing Director of Promassidor Nigeria, Mr. Anders Einarsson announced that Cowbell has increased the prize money for winners of this year’s competition for both teachers and students in both junior and secondary categories as follows:

Students:
1st prize: 2 Million Naira
2nd prize: 1.5 Million Naira
3rd prize: 1 Million Naira

Teachers:
1st prize: 500,000 Naira
2nd prize: 400,000 Naira
3rd Prize: 300,000 Naira

Also, Cowbell is releasing the Cowbellpedia compendium, a compilation of all the questions ever asked in the Cowbellpedia secondary school Mathematics TV quiz show.

The registration for this year’s competition is open.
