MasterCard and Entrepreneur Middle East have announced the incoming nomination of Women SME Leaders Awards 2024. This annual event, now in its third year, honors the achievements of women-owned and led businesses in the Middle East, Africa, and Eastern Europe.
The year’s awards will be the first in-person ceremony, allowing a unique opportunity for women business leaders to network and share their successes. The ceremony will celebrate the diverse contributions of these women-led enterprises, reinforcing the crucial part they play in fostering economic stability and recovery.
Eligibility:
A nominee must be a woman leader of a small enterprise with a turnover of less than AED50 million and employing between 6 and 50 people. Also, the business or nominee must have their headquarters or offices in the Middle East, Africa, or Eastern Europe regions. Judges or employees within the judge’s company are not permitted to nominate.
Application process:
Applicants should submit a 1,000-word statement explaining why they deserve the award. If additional documents are needed, they should be compiled into a single PDF file and sent to SMEleaders@bncpublishing.net.
