McKinsey & Company has announced the launch of the Forward Africa Program 2024. Aimed at individuals eager to propel their careers forward, this ten-week online learning initiative is designed to equip participants with practical skills tailored to thrive in the evolving landscape of work.

The program offers a myriad of benefits, including the ability to transform business challenges into opportunities through structured and innovative thinking.

Benefits:
Participants will hone their communication skills to effectively influence action, while also cultivating adaptability and emotional intelligence essential for both collaborative and solitary work settings, particularly amidst periods of transition. Additionally, the program fosters the development of robust professional relationships and prioritizes well-being in the workplace, alongside providing essential tools to navigate the complexities of the digital era.

Eligibility:
Eligibility for the Forward Africa Program is open to individuals currently residing anywhere on the African continent, regardless of nationality. Applicants may be employed, self-employed, or in transition between jobs, with a maximum of five years of formal work experience and a completed post-secondary education.

Application process:
To apply, prospective candidates are required to submit specific documents, including but not limited to proof of residency within Africa and details of formal work experience.
