The Mo Ibrahim Foundation is now accepting applications for its 2024 Leadership Fellowship, an initiative designed to nurture the next generation of African leaders.
The fellowship provides successful candidates the unique opportunity to work in prestigious executive offices such as the African Development Bank (AfDB) in Abidjan or the International Trade Centre (ITC) in Geneva.

Eligibility:
Applicants must meet several strict eligibility criteria to be considered for the fellowship. Candidates must be nationals of an African country, hold a master’s degree, and possess a minimum of seven years of relevant work experience. Age restrictions apply, with applicants required to be under 40 years old, or under 45 for women with children. Additionally, candidates must meet any specific requirements set by the host organizations.
