In his speech, while flagging-off the distribution of the items at an event which held at the State Universal Basic Education Board, headquarters, Bauchi, the Executive Chairman of the Board, Adamu Duguri, urged Education Secretaries of the 20 Local Government Education Authorities and other stakeholders to ensure proper utilisation of the items.
