21st April, 1897: Aiden Wilson Tozer (A.W. Tozer) is born in Newburg, Pennsylvania, United States of America. He was a Pastor, author and editor. He passed on to glory on 12th May 1963.
21st April 1855: Dwight Lyman Moody (D.L Moody) is led to Christ at the age of 18 by his Sunday School Teacher, Edward Kimball. He was an Evangelist, Publisher and Founder of The Moody Church, Northfield School and Mount Hermon School in Massachusetts (now Northfield Mount Hermon School).
21st April 1920: John Ajayi Agbona was born in Oke-Emo, Ilawe in Ekiti (the present Ekiti State). He was the Founder of Christ Apostolic Mission Church. He passed on to glory on 7th August 2001 at the age of 81.
21st April 1925: The foundation stone of the second Cathedral Church of Christ building in Marina, Lagos, Nigeria, the oldest Anglican Cathedral in the Church of Nigeria is laid by the Prince of Wales (later King Edward VIII). The Church built to replace the first Cathedral Church of Christ, a 400-seater Church initially constructed between 1867 to 1869 was completed in 1946.
