Phenomenon-Edu Impact, an organisation dedicated to empowering young learners, is delighted to celebrate a significant academic and life-skill milestone achieved by their #Phenomenon_Girls. After adopting 30 girls from a nearby primary school in September 2022, the organisation embarked on a transformative journey to address their individual reading challenges, ultimately preparing them for the Common Entrance Examinations.
The journey began with the implementation of the Lexplore Software, an innovative tool that enabled Phenomenon-Edu Impact to assess the girls’ reading abilities comprehensively. The software not only accurately diagnosed their reading challenges but also recommended tailored interventions and provided the necessary materials to facilitate their progress.
Over the course of six months, the dedicated team at Phenomenon-Edu Impact engaged the #Phenomenon_Girls in targeted interventions, instilling in them the confidence and skills needed to become independent and proficient readers. Through a combination of personalised instruction, guided practice, and engaging literacy activities, the girls made remarkable strides in their reading abilities.
