Understanding the relationship between religion and academic excellence has broader implications for educational policy and practice. Schools can benefit from collaborating with religious organizations to provide holistic support for students. For instance, incorporating values education and community service programs into the curriculum can reinforce the positive effects of religious involvement.

Additionally, policymakers should consider the role of religious schools in providing quality education, especially in underserved communities. Supporting religious schools through funding and resources can help enhance their ability to contribute to educational excellence.
