UDUS to hold design competition for school’s radio logo

The logo is expected to capture some of the university’s identities and some aspects of radio broadcast.

The management of Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto, has called graphics designers to participate in the competition of creation and designing a logo for the school’s Campus Frequency Modulation 98.7.

According to a flier released by the management, the logo is expected to capture some of the university’s identities and some aspects of radio broadcast.

The best selected three logos would be awarded N100,000: The winner will be given N50,000, N30,000 for first runner up and N20,000 for second runner up.

“The designed logo should be submitted to faruku.abdullah@udusok.edu.ng (soft copy) and the hard copy to the department of mass communication, UDUS old clinic, not later than June 25, 2023,” the flier reads.

The competition is sponsored by Dr Nasir Danladi Bako, a former Director General National Broadcasting Commission (DG NBC) and lecturer of the Department of Mass Communication, Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto.
