Eligibility:

Applicants must be nationals of an African Union Member State, no more than 32 years old at the time of selection, and fluent in at least one of the AU’s official languages (Arabic, English, French, or Portuguese). Candidates should also possess a strong moral character, have no serious criminal convictions (other than minor traffic offenses), and demonstrate proficiency in computer skills, email, and internet applications.
