Benefits:
DiSEP offers a comprehensive training experience, focusing on in-demand digital skills with the added benefit of paid certifications. This initiative provides an excellent opportunity for graduates to fast-track their careers in various technical fields while contributing to the digital transformation of Stanbic IBTC Group. The program focuses on bridging the gap in digital talent within the Nigerian job market by equipping young graduates with the necessary skills to excel in areas such as Kubernetes, .NET Core, C#, Software Testing and Automation, DevOps, and Java.

Eligibility:
Applicants must also meet specific documentation requirements. These include a clear statement of their Date of Birth, Gender, and Class of Degree. As part of the selection process, shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete an online pre-training assessment. This assessment is a key step in evaluating candidates’ readiness for the program and their ability to succeed in the fast-paced digital environment. Candidates must have at least five credits, including Mathematics and English, in their GCE, NECO, or equivalent exams. The programme is open to individuals who are no older than 28 years at the time of application.

Application process:
Interested candidates are encouraged to apply as soon as possible, as the application deadline is unspecified. For more information on how to apply and to access the application portal, prospective applicants should visit the official Stanbic IBTC DiSEP website.
