Oyewole Sarumi

Oyewole Sarumi is a Professor of Leadership and Enterprise at Prowess University, Delaware US, Study Centre, Owerri, Nigeria. He is also an Adjunct Professor at ICLED Business School (IBS), Lekki, Lagos (University of America Lagos Tutorial Study Centre). He is a certified Management consultant and a ICF certified Coach and Trainer.

He is very active in teaching and is also the leader of a range of modules on leadership. He is also the author of numerous published research papers on Leadership and Strategy which remains his major research interest until recently with adumbration of Artificial Intelligence in Leadership.

He has delivered several Continuous Professional Development (CPDs) and sessions on leadership, diplomacy, strategy, entrepreneurship to several organisations, professional Institutes and Associations such as NIM, CIPM, CIPDM, NITAD, SEA, IIM, NIMN, MAN, NASME, etc.

Dr. Sarumi is the Registrar of Chartered Institute of Public Diplomacy and Management (CIPDM), and the pioneering editor of International Journal of Public Diplomacy and Management (IJPDM), published by the Institute. Also, he is a seasoned Study Pack writer and reviewer for Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM).

He is the author of some bestselling books such as “Building Leaders: The 39 Amazing Roadmaps to Building Yourself, The Team and The Organisation”, “The Self-Disciplined Leader”, and “Becoming A Strategic Leader In The Digital World”, all of which are on Amazon.
