The Chinese gender chart, also known as the Chinese gender calendar, is used by individuals to forecast a baby’s gender while he or she is still in the womb.

Some people use the chart as a reference when they are attempting to get pregnant in order to improve their odds of having a boy or a girl. In either case, using the chart might be entertaining if you or your partner want to establish a family or expand your family. So, before we get into how to use the Chinese birth chart, let’s understand what it is.

What is the Chinese Birth Chart?

The lunar age of the mother and the lunar month of conception are used in the Chinese gender chart to forecast the gender of a newborn. Some women utilise the chart to forecast whether they are bearing a boy or a girl. Before they get an ultrasound to determine the gender of their unborn child. Others, depending on their preferred gender, utilise the Chinese gender predictor chart as a planning tool. They aim to get pregnant during the months when the calendar predicts they will have a boy or a girl, based on their preferences.

How to use a Chinese Birth Chart?

The Chinese birth chart depicts gender predictions based on lunar dates. Due to this, you should use the lunar calendar (lunar age) to determine the pregnant person’s age rather than the Gregorian calendar. As a result of the differences between the two calendar systems, you are typically one to two years older according to the Chinese lunar calendar.

The chart divides into blue and pink boxes, with the months of the year listed at the top and a list of numbers running down the side, ranging from 18 to 45. The number column in the table denotes the mother’s age at the time of conception, and the months indicate the month of conception.

Steps to use the Chinese Birth Chart:-

      • Determine your lunar age at the time of the baby’s conception. For instance, even if you are only 34 years old according to the Western calendar, if your birthday is August 25, 1989, you would be 35 years old in the lunar year of February 2023.
      • Identify the lunar month in which your child was conceived.
      • To determine your lunar age, look at the Chinese gender chart and the numbers moving down the leftmost column.
      • Then, to determine the lunar month of conception, look at the numbers on the top row.
      • The gender of the child is predicted by the intersection of your lunar age and the lunar month of conception.
      • It’s a boy if the box is blue. If the box is pink, it means a girl.
